Responsibilities:

  • As a Human Touch Transport driver, you will:
    Safely and courteously transport passengers throughout Colorado Springs, CO.
  • Greet passengers, collect fares, and maintain a secure environment
  • Work assigned shifts based on business needs, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all passengers

Qualifications:

  • To qualify for this role, you must:
    Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Possess a clean driving record in CO
  • Provide a 5-year certified driving record (obtainable from your local MVA)
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be punctual and maintain a strong attendance record
  • Pass drug testing and an extensive criminal background check
  • Be willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Complete driver training and pass certification
  • Meet physical requirements, including sitting for extended periods, lifting objects above shoulder level, navigating stairs, reaching overhead and below the knees, and performing bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
